Ko Punakitere te awa

Ko Pūhanga Tohorā te maunga

Ko Okorihi te marae

Ko Ngāti Ueoneone te hapū

Ko Ngāpuhi te iwi

My wife and I have the privilege of both being descendants of Ngāti Ueoneone.

Although we both have many other iwi affiliations, we live in the heart of Ngāpuhi, on our ancestral Ngāti Ueoneone lands. We trace our whakapapa from Rāhiri, his wives, and all their children.

With our whānau, we are both actively involved with our marae and our local community.

Tēnā tātou katoa.
